Fitness Career Guide is a resource library for people who care about training, everyday wellness and working in the fitness field. We publish practical guides on exercise, healthy habits, health promotion and health and fitness careers, and we look at the products people consider along the way. We write for fitness-minded readers and for people deciding whether, and how, to make fitness their work.
We are a publication. We are not a gym, a clinic, a professional association, a certifying body or a job board. We have no clinical staff, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Who we are
Search and marketing research has filled more than twenty years of our working lives, and the same years went into affiliate work in the health and wellness industry. We are health and wellness enthusiasts who keep working on our own fitness. We are not doctors, credentialed trainers or clinicians, and we make no claim to medical expertise. The fitness business is full of conflicting programs and supplement hype, and finding something to trust is hard. We have seen it from the inside, and we write with that in mind.
How we work
We open with the question you are really asking, such as which training suits a beginner or what a career move involves. For each topic or product we look at what the company states, then place it beside published research. We add the facts a buyer or planner needs: ingredients and doses where they apply, price and refund terms, side effects, who it suits and who it does not, and what else is available. We do not tell you what to choose. The whole picture goes in front of you, with other places to read more, and the decision is yours. We do not claim to have trained with or used anything we describe.
How our articles are made
Drafts are prepared with AI assistance working from cited primary sources, including exercise studies and company pages. Every factual claim is then checked against the source it cites, and an independent review looks over the finished article before it is published. Prices and availability show the date they were last checked. Statements about health or safety are credited to their sources. We do not offer diagnosis, dosing or treatment instructions, or personal training prescriptions. The details are in our editorial policy and how we research.
Who writes here
Articles appear under “By the Fitness Career Guide Editorial Team”. The byline speaks for the publication’s team, not a credentialed individual, so we show no named people, portraits or qualifications. Judge each article by the sources it cites.
